Baily's was built for private events. On the second level are four separate rooms that can accommodate private events that range from 20 to 70 people. On the first level we can host events that are upwards of 200 people. Regardless of your room of choice quality fresh prepared food and stellar friendly and professional service are the hallmarks of a private event at Baily's. We have hosted thousand of events that include weddings and rehearsals dinners, birthday and anniversary parties, retirement celebrations, memorial gatherings, civic functions and more. Booking Process
Our booking process is very straight forward three step process:
Step One: Secure a room and day with a deposit
Select a date and start time for your event. Parties are continuously booked throughout the year on afirst come first served basis. The month of December is especially busy. You can check availability here and our room descriptions and details are below.
Your event must begin and end within the following meal periods.
- Breakfast: 7:30am - 10:00am
- Lunch: 11:00am - 4:00pm
- Dinner: 5:00pm - 9:30pm
- Late Night: 10:00pm - 2:00am
To book an event, a non-refundable deposit of $100 (cash or credit card) will be required. At this time the Events Manager can answer any questions you may have.
Step Two: Select menu items and establish day of event timeline
As a general rule, our pre-composed menus provide the most value and simplify the menu selection process. For custom menus, determine the number of courses you would like for your meal (two course minimum). Select the items in each course from the appropriate menu (menus are not interchangeable). Below each menu section title is the number of selections to make per course. If required, wine selections may be made to match your budget and taste. The full wine list is available on the website.
Step Three: Finalize details and make second deposit
To ensure ingredient availability, call the Events Manager 10 days prior to the event to formalize the menu selections and your guaranteed guest count. If you would like printed personalized menus share the exact text with the Events Manager. We will email or fax the contract for your review and approval. Sign the contract acknowledging you agree upon the minimum food and beverage amount, the menu selections, and the guaranteed number of people.
Event Rooms
Each room has distinct characteristics and can accomodate several different table configurations. For example the Rotunda is perfect for an upscale fine dining event whereas the patio is more casual and energetic. The Event Manager can help you choose the perfect location.

Event Menus
Breakfast Banquets
Breakfast banquets are perfect for early morning business meeting, fueling up for a day in Old Town or Wine Country, or enjoying friends and family the morning after a big wedding.
Banquets may start as early as 7:30am and can be extended into an all day event when lunch and dinner options are purchased.
Buffet and Plate Service breakfasts make ordering easy. Just tell us the number of people in the party and your event is planned. Custom menus allow more flexibility and creativity on your part. Remember, upgrade selections, including audio/visual equipment, can be found here if you would like to enhance your party.
Currently the normal food and beverage minimums do not apply to breakfast banquets. However a minimum of 20 people are required to book a party.
Old Town Temecula is a bustling downtown environment seven days a week. Lunch parties tap into this energy. Whether business or pleasure, the downtown setting provides a unique environment to entertain your guests. Before or after your event, stroll the old style timber sidewalks, shop in the stores and more.
Lunch banquets may start as early as 11:00am and must end by 4:00pm. To make rooms private, food and beverage minimums apply.
