Baily's was built for private events. On the second level are four separate rooms that can accommodate private events up to 140 guests. On the first level we can host events that are upwards of 200 people. Regardless of your room of choice, here at Baily’s, quality, fresh prepared food, and friendly, professional service are the hallmarks of a private event. We have hosted thousands of events that include weddings and rehearsals dinners, birthday and anniversary parties, retirement celebrations, memorial gatherings, civic functions and more.

Booking Process

We make our booking process here very straightforward. Select a date and start time for your event. Parties are continuously booked throughout the year on a first come first served basis. The month of December is especially busy. For more information on the pricing and rooms we offer, see the details below.

Your event must begin and end within the following meal periods.

  • Lunch: 11:00am - 4:00pm
  • Dinner: 5:00pm - 9:30pm

Once you are ready to book an event, a non-refundable deposit of $100 (via credit card over the phone) will be required per room. To do so, reach out to our Event Coordinator to check availability and finalize the event details. Once the deposit is given, our Event Coordinator will email the contract for you to review and approve. Sign the contract acknowledging you agree upon the minimum food and beverage amount, the menu selections, and the guaranteed number of people. Event Set up

Upon booking, dedicated serving staff will be provided to attend to your guests. White-on-white linen and napkins will be included, along with all necessary glassware, cutlery, and tableware for serving. While decorations are not provided, you are welcome to decorate the space yourself; guests may do so up to 30 minutes prior to their event start time. Please note that confetti, glitter, sparkles, and nails are not permitted

Event Rooms

Each room has distinct characteristics and can accomodate several different table configurations. Our Event Coordinator can help you choose the perfect location to best fit your event.

All rooms are based on a food and beverage minimum, which is the least amount needed to be spent in the room on food and beverages before tax (8.75%) and gratuity (20%). To ensure ingredient availability, call our Event Coordinator 14 days prior to the event to formalize the menu selections and your guaranteed guest count.

Event Menus

Breakfast

Buffet and Plate Service breakfasts make ordering easy. You can select one of the following choices to be offered to your guests. Custom menus allow more flexibility and creativity on your part.

Only offered from 10AM-4PM Saturday and Sunday, with a minimum party of 20 guests

Old Town Temecula is a bustling downtown environment seven days a week. Lunch parties tap into this energy. Whether business or pleasure, the downtown setting provides a unique environment to entertain your guests. Before or after your event, stroll the old style timber sidewalks, shop in the stores and more.

Lunch banquets may start as early as 11:00am and must end by 4:00pm. To make rooms private, food and beverage minimums apply.

Buffet and Plate Service luncheons make ordering easy. Just tell us the number of people in the party and your event is planned. Custom menus allow more flexibility and creativity on your part.
